Overview

  • Position Title: Maintenance Planner
  • Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
  • Department: Maintenance
  • Reports To: Maintenance Manager
  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • The Maintenance Planner is responsible for leading, governing, and improving the maintenance planning process at the site.

Key Outputs / Deliverables

  • Establish Routine and Extraordinary Maintenance plan: Develop comprehensive maintenance plans to all assets at the site to ensure assets are healthy and reliable while minimizing downtime.
  • Lead and Govern Maintenance Planning Process: Establish and govern the maintenance planning standard routine including tasks prioritization, maintenance shutdowns scheduling in collaboration with production and work orders execution results review to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure Timely and Accurate Execution of Maintenance Activities: Monitor and track the execution of maintenance activities to ensure adherence to the established plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Maintenance: Regularly review maintenance routines with the maintenance team and optimize maintenance plans in AMM.
  • Integration of Maintenance Excellence Packages: Coordinate & facilitate the deployment of Maintenance excellence packages (MEP) within the site asset base.
  • Leverage Digital to optimize Maintenance: Develop a comprehensive plan to integrate digital solutions for maintenance.
  • Cost optimization: Analyze and optimize life cycle costs of maintenance activities.
  • Support preparation for the start up of new lines: Coordinate the preparation and implementation of maintenance plans for CAPEX and new lines.

Critical Experiences

  • Experience in a maintenance area, preferably in Plant Operations & Maintenance (2 3 years).
  • Experience working in Asset Maintenance Management (min 2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, reliability centered maintenance, and asset management.
  • Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (SAP) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Insight on TPM PM Pillar methodology & Governance.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a reputed College/University.
