Role overview
Deliver high-quality end-user technology support for associates in the Abu Dhabi office and remotely.
Resolve hardware, software, mobile and connectivity issues while managing incidents and service requests.
Escalate complex or high-risk issues and help maintain a smooth technology experience.
Core responsibilities
- Provide front-line support and resolve common to moderately complex technical issues.
- Monitor support queues and handle incidents and requests within service expectations.
- Provide remote and in-person support for office, remote and mobile technology needs.
- Support hardware setup, deployment and replacement activities.
- Support meeting room and AV technology for internal meetings and business events.
- Identify recurring problems and share trends for problem management and long-term fixes.
- Document fixes, update SOPs and improve knowledge articles.
- Partner with teammates, engineers, vendors and cross-functional groups on support improvements.
- Maintain asset management standards and stay current on support tools and technologies.
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years of enterprise end-user support experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, mobile devices and common productivity tools.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
- Understanding of basic network and connectivity concepts.
- Comfort using remote assistance, diagnostic, ITSM and collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational and professional communication skills.
- The role is based in the Abu Dhabi office with occasional travel as required.
Preferred experience
- Experience with JAMF, ControlUp or Microsoft administrative utilities is a plus.
Work arrangement
- The role is based in the Abu Dhabi office and includes remote and in-person support, with occasional travel as required.
