Role Overview
Lead the development, modernization, integration, and lifecycle management of OT systems supporting water transmission operations.
Act as the technical authority for OT architecture, SCADA, industrial automation, telemetry, and digital transformation across water infrastructure.
OT Strategy and Development
- Develop and maintain the water OT roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Define OT standards, architectures, and technology frameworks.
- Lead technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts, innovation programs, and operational improvement initiatives.
SCADA and Control Systems
- Manage the lifecycle of SCADA, HMI, historian, PLC, and RTU systems.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of mission-critical control systems.
- Lead SCADA enhancements, upgrades, migrations, expansions, alarm rationalization, and performance improvements.
Automation and Field Systems
- Develop standards for PLCs, RTUs, instrumentation, and field communications.
- Support pumping station automation and remote operations.
