Job Summary/Objective

  • The Pre Sales Solutions Professional – Cloud & Infrastructure provides specialized presales technical expertise in designing and supporting Cloud, Infrastructure, Digital Apps, BCDR solutions across enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Presales Engagement Support: Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to understand customer requirements related to this unit
  • Delivers multi cloud, hybrid cloud, helping businesses migrate and optimize cloud and data workloads.
  • Assist in evaluating customer data landscapes and contribute to the preparation of it.
  • Translate client requirements into conceptual solution outlines following established frameworks and templates.
  • Participate in qualification meetings and contribute by the technical input to align opportunities with available solutions
  • Solution Preparation and Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution briefs, and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with company standards
  • Support the preparation of data flow diagrams, architecture visuals, and use case scenarios for proposals and presentations
  • Ensure all documentation meets quality, accuracy, and completeness standards before submission
  • Demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Assist in developing and delivering demonstrations and PoCs for customers to showcase data visualization, reporting, and AI capabilities
  • Set up sample environments under guidance to validate proposed solutions
  • Gather customer feedback during PoC sessions and provide structured summaries to the relevant stakeholder or teams
  • Collaboration and Cross functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal delivery, operations, and technology teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment during the pre sales stage

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience: 6–8 years of experience in technical presales, focused on Cloud & Infrastructure, BCDR.
