About the Role
Alnafitha IT is seeking a Junior Sales Executive to support the sales team in identifying opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in closing deals for IT solutions.

Responsibilities
- Support leads generation efforts by qualifying incoming inquiries and conducting initial outreach.
- Assist in updating sales pipeline and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Help follow up on marketing campaigns and events to engage prospective clients.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, and sales calls.
- Participate in client conversations and note key requirements for follow up by senior sales staff.
- Help maintain communication with clients throughout the sales process under supervision.
- Assist in preparing proposals and quotes with input from senior team members.
- Support document collection and submission for RFPs, contracts, and client onboarding.
- Coordinate internally with marketing, technical, and sales teams to ensure alignment during the sales cycle.
- Maintain basic CRM hygiene (client data, opportunity status, meeting logs).
- Provide weekly summaries of assigned leads and prospects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or client facing roles
- Strong communication and eagerness to learn
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Basic Microsoft product awareness is a plus
