The Opportunity

  • We are seeking a bright, ambitious Technology Resourcer Intern to join our Technology recruitment team for a 3–6 month internship.
  • This is a hands on opportunity to gain exposure to the recruitment process, the technology market, and the inner workings of a fast paced, high performing recruitment consultancy.
  • You will work closely with experienced consultants to support candidate sourcing, market mapping, research, CRM management, and candidate engagement across the Middle East technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on technology companies, digital transformation teams, start ups, consultancies, and regional market trends.
  • Assist consultants in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and wider GCC.
  • Identify technology talent through LinkedIn, job boards, Bullhorn, referrals, and online research.
  • Manage and update candidate information within our CRM system, Bullhorn.
  • Support with candidate outreach, availability checks, interview coordination, and follow ups.
  • Prepare candidate profiles, market maps, shortlists, and internal reports.
  • Draft job adverts and LinkedIn posts to attract strong technology talent.
  • Attend internal team meetings and contribute ideas to improve process efficiency.

Who You Are

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Human Resources, Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in recruitment, technology, sales, or business development.
  • Organised, detail oriented, and proactive.
  • Confident speaking with candidates and building relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, professional environment.
  • Fluent in English.
