- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including digital, media, PR and customer engagement
- Experience managing budgets and contributing to P&L performance
- Ability to operate at senior stakeholder level, both internally and externally
- Data driven mindset with strong analytical and insight generation capabilities
- Experience managing agencies and external partners effectively
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Comfortable operating in fast paced, evolving environments with multiple priorities

Leadership
- Lead, develop and motivate the marketing function to deliver high performance and strong team engagement.
- Set clear objectives, manage performance, and build capability across the team.
- Ensure all marketing activities are delivered efficiently and aligned with business plans, policies and procedures.
Strategic Overview
- Provide strategic direction to ensure alignment with organisational vision and long term goals.
- Represent the organisation with external stakeholders including partners, suppliers, and government entities.
- Translate strategy into clear marketing objectives, KPIs and execution plans.
Budgeting and Financial Performance
- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets in line with company objectives.
- Monitor spend and ensure effective cost control, addressing any variances.
- Work with internal stakeholders to align marketing investment with broader business and manpower planning.
Business Growth
- Drive growth by expanding customer base and strengthening market positioning.
- Oversee commercial performance in partnership with relevant teams, including contribution to P&L.
