Our client, a Dubai-based organization with over 10,000 employees, seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate functions, source candidates, and partner with hiring managers.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of corporate functions, from requisition through to onboarding
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source high quality candidates through a range of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals and direct sourcing
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and present qualified shortlists to hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications and ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare and negotiate employment offers in line with company policies and internal approvals
- Oversee pre employment checks and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure applicant tracking systems are kept up to date
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organisation at recruitment events where required
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies and relevant employment legislation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Approximately 3–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Previous experience recruiting for corporate functions within a large organisation is highly preferred
- Experience managing the end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management and onboarding
- Strong direct sourcing capability with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Clear, professional and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
- English should ideally be the candidate's first language or they should possess native level English proficiency
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Proactive, solutions focused and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment
