- Translate broad corporate vision into executable long term operational and commercial plans for the MENA region
- Capitalize on UAE and KSA technology ecosystem, driving expansion into new verticals
- Cultivate alliances with global technology vendors, master developers, and government authorities
- Hold full P&L accountability for regional operations
- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management
- Approve high value contracts and pricing strategies
- Build, mentor, and evaluate a high performing C suite and senior management team
- Cultivate an inclusive, results oriented culture
Requirements
- 10+ years in a senior executive role (Managing Director, Senior Partner, CEO) within IT, Telecommunications, or Systems Integration sectors
- Very strong track record in a similar role working for a major consulting partner or global SI
- MBA, Computer Science, or Engineering degree strongly preferred
- Board level financial fluency and deep experience in P&L management
- Strong understanding of the Middle East market and cultural intelligence
- Proven capability navigating business formation in the UAE
- Demonstrated success leading digital transformation and integration projects
