Job Purpose
Support Technology and Commercial audit activities to assess internal controls, identify risks, and support compliance with approved policies and governance requirements.
Participate in audit engagements, documentation, reporting, and follow-up activities across Technology and Commercial domains.
Key Functional Accountability
- Support execution of Technology and Commercial audit plans in line with approved audit objectives, risk priorities, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in audits covering commercial operations, revenue assurance, technology operations, infrastructure, and mission-critical service delivery controls.
- Perform audit testing, collect and analyze evidence, and document observations according to approved audit methodologies.
- Assist with audit reports by documenting findings, risks, root causes, and proposed recommendations.
- Track audit findings and remediation activities and follow up with stakeholders on control gaps.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information, validate audit evidence, and support risk assessment activities.
- Support fraud risk assessments and investigation activities within Technology and Commercial areas.
- Maintain audit working papers, records, and supporting documentation.
- Support coordination with external auditors and follow up on audit requirements and findings.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Accounting, finance, business administration, internal audit, risk management, or a related degree field is preferred.
