Job Purpose
Identify, design, and deliver cross-functional analytics use cases that improve business-unit and functional-unit decision-making.
Deliver dashboards, reports, tools, solutions, real-time analysis, interactive analysis, and predictive analysis.
Allocate resources across advanced analytics projects and determine the support provided to business units.
Perform duties according to the company's business policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of advanced analytics experts and data scientists serving cross-sector and strategic requests.
- Coordinate the advanced analytics team with business-unit insight specialists and data scientists.
- Allocate analytical resources to meet complex and standardized business-unit analytics needs.
- Propose cross-functional analytics use cases based on available data and business needs.
- Prioritize analytics implementation based on potential value creation for stc.
Experience and Education
- At least five years of experience is required.
- Experience in telecommunications, financial services information products, or e-commerce is required.
