Job Purpose
Develop and implement stc Group succession planning for Chiefs, VPs, and GMs in line with the HR Center of Excellence strategy.
Implement executive coaching for L2 and above and coaching programs for critical roles.
Perform role duties in accordance with business policies and procedures.
Succession Planning Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the succession planning approach, framework, governance, and templates.
- Develop and implement succession planning for stc subsidiaries covering CEOs and N-1 positions, with annual quality checks.
- Develop GCEO and CXO scorecards and track succession-related KPIs across stc units.
- Govern Director-level and below key-role succession plans developed by HRBPs and subsidiaries.
- Coordinate vacation planning for GM-level and above positions to support succession coverage.
Leadership Development and Governance
- Identify development needs for approved successors.
- Review and update NRC materials related to succession planning and secure required approvals.
- Manage and review succession planning with the Executive Leadership Committee annually.
- Conduct succession awareness sessions and knowledge transfer with relevant stakeholders.
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Prior telecom industry experience in a succession planning role.
- Exposure to talent development, career development, or learning and development.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or another relevant major.
