Job Purpose
Lead and manage procurement activities for Customer Applications Procurements.
Own the procurement process and ensure cost-effective service delivery in line with strategy and service level agreements.
Perform duties according to business policies and procedures.
Procurement Responsibilities
- Manage procurement projects from RFP development through supplier selection and contract signature.
- Execute sourcing strategy and complete purchasing requests for review by the supervising director.
- Classify purchasing requests by value and risk and assign them to purchasing analysts.
- Manage SLAs for tendered and non-tendered change orders and supplier-market spend categories.
Supplier and Planning Activities
- Track supply-market trends and provide input on supplier risks and relationship models.
- Maintain the supplier catalogue and manage supplier-base segmentation.
- Lead procurement synergies with subsidiaries and coordinate implementation.
- Manage business cases, resources, timeframes, targets, and procurement planning.
