About the Role
Workwavez Solutions seeks a Techno Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Finastra Fusion Loan IQ system for a role in Doha. The consultant will handle implementations, interface development, and support for loan administration systems.

- Implement and support Loan IQ application interfaces and development
- Review and prepare Business Requirement Specifications and test cases
- Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures
- Consult and coordinate with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems
- Track and document changes to business specifications
- Create and assist others in writing user documentation, instruction, procedures, and training
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Loan IQ application implementations and interface development
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration or related technical field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Banking Industry System support and implementations with at least 3 years in IT
- Good knowledge on core Java/J2EE, XML and Rest API
- Good knowledge on Oracle, package and store procedure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Arabic is preferable

Finastra Fusion Loan IQ System experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Loan IQ application implementations and interface development
- Good knowledge on SDK development such as inquiry script, event management, scripted API, scripted Batch…etc.
- Good knowledge on Loan IQ Data dictionary (7.7.X version)
- Good understanding on Loan IQ framework
- Good knowledge on Loan IQ functionalities
- Capable to debug the interface issue and functional issues
- Good knowledge of RFR functionality
- Good Knowledge of the Loan IQ framework, data model, SDK Scripted batch, Event triggers, controller event and Inquiry API.
- Competent in nightly batches, data model, inquiry scripts, loan processing, accounting, pricing and accruals.
- Good knowledge of the Loan IQ MX payments
- Good knowledge of generation of GL entries with Batch Accounting and Online Accounting in Loan IQ
- Good knowledge on Loan IQ functional configurations and end to end process flows related to syndicated and bilateral deals.
Education / Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration or a related technical field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the Banking Industry System support and implementations with at least 3 years in IT.
- Reviewing and preparing Business Requirement Specification and prepare the test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.
- Defect life cycle Management and execution status reporting
- Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing
- Understanding of System integration with core banking systems
- Reviewing BRS (Business Requirements Specifications) and prepare the Function specification and/or test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.
- Good experience in Core banking system and loan administration systems in (SIT/UAT) testing
- Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.
- Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures across the group various business and support functions.
- Consult and coordinate with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems.
- Track and document changes to business specifications.
Required Soft Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English, Arabic is preferable.
- Possess strong computer software MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a deadline oriented environment.
- Excellent business process analysis and mapping.
- Team work and integration with reporting hierarchy.
- Customer service oriented.
- Strictly adhere to banks ethics and code of conduct.
- Ability to effectively interact at all levels in the bank and Vendor contacts.
- Planning and organizing ability.
- Handling assigned task with commitment and responsibility.
- Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality.
Pay
- QAR15,000.00 QAR17,500.00 per month
