Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive IT Asset Management (ITAM) framework
- Ensure accurate tracking of all IT assets throughout their lifecycle
- Conduct periodic asset audits and maintain asset registers
- Monitor and track projects from initiation through closure
- Maintain project portfolios, timelines, milestones, risks, and budget status
- Prepare project governance reports and dashboards for management
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Track project expenditures, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and payment schedules
- Verify accuracy of vendor invoices and payment requests
- Maintain proper financial documentation and audit trails
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and expenditure analysis
- Ensure documentation is complete and available for audits
Requirements
- Experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Strong project governance and PMO experience
- Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, contract management, and audit practices
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience with governance frameworks

- Pay: QAR 10,000.00 QAR 12,600.00 per month
