Scope of Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to a single-discipline team of Petrofac craft personnel.
Primary Duties
- Ensure projects are constructed safely and to international standards, schedule, and construction sequence.
- Lead by example in health, safety, and environmental excellence, including toolbox talks and safety awareness training.
- Apply discipline-specific construction methods, quality control, and inspection requirements.
- Advocate for quality construction installations completed correctly the first time.
- Apply site work rules consistently.
- Implement standardized construction work processes, procedures, manuals, and systems.
- Maintain open, honest communication and remain approachable.
- Inspect the jobsite daily and address housekeeping deficiencies immediately.
Requirements
- Knowledge of construction methods and techniques for the relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of quality control and inspection requirements.
- Ability to apply site work rules and standardized construction processes, procedures, manuals, and systems.
- Ability to provide leadership and guidance to a single-discipline craft team.
