Assistant II - Subcontracts supporting subcontract, commercial agreement, tendering, and contract administration activities.
The role works under supervision and supports contractor compliance, records, correspondence, invoices, claims, and contract-related reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with developing and reviewing subcontracts, commercial agreements, and contracts.
- Support contract administration and contractor compliance, including bank guarantees and related matters.
- Assist with tender documents, bid tabs, risk assessments, proposals, reports, certificates, variations, and claims.
- Maintain contract records, correspondence databases, registers, and auditable documentation.
- Prepare contractor correspondence, commercial notices, and certificates required by contract terms.
- Collect supporting information for invoices, variation orders, and claims.
- Implement and follow HSE and quality system procedures.
Essential qualifications and skills
- University graduate degree.
- Contracts administration experience.
- Oil and gas industry experience is preferred.
Work arrangement
- The employer states that most office-based roles follow a hybrid approach with at least three office days per week.
