Role Details

Quality Assurance

• Ensure implementation and maintenance of the construction quality plan.
• Prepare and review quality procedures required during the construction phase.
• Support resolution of QMS coordination and technical issues related to ISO 9001 and ISO 29001 standards.
• Prepare construction quality assurance programs and audit schedules covering subcontractors and project focus areas.
• Review subcontractor QA deliverables and project audit performance.
• Implement corrective actions for quality problems and monitor their effectiveness.
• Conduct inductions, QMS training, toolbox talks, internal audits, and quality meetings.
• Coordinate customer, client, and third-party audits and follow up on action closure.
• Maintain action tracking for non-conformances, corrective actions, surveillance reports, and lessons learned.

Quality Control

• Review and approve site ITPs, QCPs, and ITRs based on corporate standards.
• Develop tag type matrices based on approved ITPs and ITRs and coordinate with Completions on forecasting.
• Coordinate subcontractor inspections, testing, receipt inspections, and customer quality matters.
• Verify that site quality activities comply with applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate site quality inspections through QC inspectors and ensure ITRs are submitted to Completions daily.
• Control non-conformance reports and coordinate remedial actions.
• Review customer specifications and coordinate training for site QC inspectors.
• Monitor the approved site QC plan and coordinate approval of technical submittals.
• Supervise subcontractor QC personnel and keep technical quality documents current.

Essential Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• CSWIP film interpretation, CSWIP 3.2.2, or RTFI Level II certification for radiographic testing interpretation.
