Job Summary
Perform the maintenance activities of HSM in order to achieve the assigned targets such as minimize plant down time and increase the mill availability & consumption of spares with cost consciousness.
Duties
- Implement Production Optimization: To execute all scheduled (day-to-day, preventive) maintenance, corrective maintenance and major repairs of the equipment s in order to optimize production & minimize plant down time for maintenance related development works.
- Facilitate Corrective Action: Responsible for trouble shooting during breakdowns of mechanical equipment s and provide the assistance to find out the root cause for corrective action maintenance related development works
- Prevent System Abnormalities: Responsible for attending mechanical maintenance problems during breakdowns in the Heavy Section Mill. To communicate to superiors of any abnormalities found in the mill in order to plan & rectify the same.
- Meet Engineering/ Safety Principles: Inspection of equipment s to meet engineering principles and safety regulations in maintenance related development works.
