About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring smooth day to day operations
- Oversee complete HR operations for bike riders, car drivers, and corporate employees including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, visa coordination, insurance, leave, attendance, and exit management
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS compliance, and medical insurance compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including overtime, incentives, allowances, deductions, and attendance records
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs such as attendance rate, compliance rate, punctuality, productivity, and absenteeism
- Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, issue disciplinary documentation, and maintain a fair disciplinary process
- Oversee accommodation allocation, transportation logistics, and ensure standards meet company requirements
- Generate HR dashboards and reports, analyze workforce trends, and present insights to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations and support HR digital transformation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 8 12 years of progressive HR experience
- Minimum 3 5 years in an HR leadership or managerial role
- Experience managing large operational workforces, preferably in logistics, transportation, delivery, or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations
- Experience with HRMS, payroll coordination, and workforce management systems
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is an advantage

Position Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Group HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources operations across the organization.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end to end HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations, driving operational excellence, and leading a high performing HR team supporting riders, drivers, and corporate employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring smooth day to day operations.
- Supervise HR Coordinators and support staff by assigning responsibilities and monitoring performance.
- Set departmental priorities, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, timelines, and service standards.
- Act as the primary escalation point for HR related operational matters before management intervention.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations.
- Oversee complete HR operations for bike riders, car drivers, and corporate/white collar employees including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, visa coordination, insurance, leave, attendance, and exit management.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS compliance, and medical insurance compliance.
