About the Role
Sundus is hiring a Senior Engineer for Electro Mechanical Maintenance in Dubai. The role involves managing and overseeing maintenance of firefighting and fire alarm systems, including reliability-centered maintenance and corrective/preventive maintenance.

- Manage, schedule, and oversee maintenance of firefighting and fire alarm systems.
- Perform reliability centered maintenance (RCM) and corrective/preventive maintenance of fire protection systems.
- Conduct fault diagnosis using root cause analysis.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering with 7+ years MEP maintenance experience, or Diploma with 8+ years
- Experience in managing and overseeing maintenance of firefighting and fire alarm systems
- Hands on experience in material selection, system testing, installation, commissioning, and fault diagnosis
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
- Experience in risk assessments and familiarity with UAE regulatory codes and safety standards
- Fluency in English
