- Identify training needs across departments, maintain training records, and support development of plant wide training plan
- Assist in preparing overall training budget and coordinate external training programs
- Develop in house talent and optimize training resources to improve workforce capabilities
- Coordinate with departments to ensure effective implementation of training initiatives
- Deliver induction training for new employees to support their integration and development
- Support preparation, implementation, monitoring, and assessment of employee qualification programs
- Conduct or assist with competency assessments and provide monthly progress reports on training and qualification activities
- Support HR Manager in executing overall training and development programs
- Perform additional duties assigned by management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements, project agreements, and applicable legal requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the power generation industry
- Knowledge of modern combined cycle power plants is desirable
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong planning and organizational abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Professional attitude with strong discipline and confidentiality
- Ability to create an environment of open communication and continuous learning

Overview
