About the Role
Six Construct seeks a General Maintenance & Facilities Assistant to maintain a safe and clean environment across the site. The role involves cleaning, landscaping, maintenance support, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and housekeeping activities across designated areas
- Carry out road sweeping and cleaning of internal and external roads
- Support landscaping activities, including watering, trimming, pruning, weeding, and irrigation system monitoring
- Assist with pest control activities and report any signs of infestation
- Clean conveyors, transfer stations, IBA areas, and other process related facilities
- Ensure proper collection, segregation, and disposal of waste in line with site procedures
- Conduct routine inspections and report defects, damages, and abnormal conditions
- Assist with basic MEP maintenance activities as directed by the Supervisor
- Safely operate cleaning equipment, tools, and machinery
- Complete assigned tasks according to work schedules and required timelines
- Maintain accurate records, checklists, and activity logs
- Follow all HSE requirements, permit to work procedures, and site safety regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma, certificate, or equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices and the ability to work safely in an operational environment
- Experience performing general housekeeping, cleaning, landscaping, and facility support activities
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and complete tasks efficiently within assigned timelines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clean, safe, and well organized work areas
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to reporting defects, hazards, and maintenance requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
