About the Role
Six Construct is seeking a Liaison Officer (UAE National only) to serve as the primary point of contact between schools and facility management teams in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and graphic design skills, along with bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate day to day FM requirements with schools and internal FM team
- Serve as the escalation point for complex or urgent FM matters
- Conduct regular school visits to monitor service performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Review FM reports and prepare monthly presentations with professional visual design
- Support and coordinate FM requirements for school events, workshops, and special activities
- Design and support awareness campaigns related to facility care, sustainability, and responsible use of assets
- Support general management with inputs of presentations, proposals, and stakeholder communications
- Draft and translate communications and documents (English Arabic) as required
