Role overview
Perform engine disassembly, assembly, and inspection activities within Gate 3 and 4 operations of an aviation and aero-engine MRO division.

Responsibilities
- Perform disassembly, assembly, and inspection tasks in compliance with technical and safety requirements.
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity, encourage open communication, and raise safety or ethical concerns as appropriate.
- Enhance technical capabilities through hands-on work and training, and provide guidance to junior technicians.
- Prepare tools and resources, monitor task accuracy and quality compliance, and report issues.
Qualifications
- Hold an associate, vocational, or technical school degree in aviation, aeronautical engineering, MRO, or a related discipline.
- Hold D2 level authorization or an equivalent certification.
- Have at least two years of experience in the technical aviation or MRO industry.
Key competencies
- Demonstrate proficiency in aero-engine disassembly and assembly procedures.
- Use IT skills relevant to engine maintenance operations.
- Apply quality and safety compliance practices with attention to detail and effective time management.
- Demonstrate communication, collaboration, adaptability, professional conduct, ethical behavior, and problem-solving skills.
