Role Overview
The Senior Officer - Repair Capability Development supports Sanad's Aviation and Aero Engine MRO division and its Center of Excellence in Repairs and Special Process.
The role supports the planning, qualification, and implementation of new or enhanced aero-engine repair capabilities.
The position reports to the Director and works under the guidance of the Senior Engineer.
The role coordinates tooling, materials, technical information, and compliance activities across multiple departments.

About the Role
The Senior Officer - Repair Capability Development supports Sanad's Aviation and Aero Engine MRO division and its Center of Excellence in Repairs and Special Process.
The role supports the planning, qualification, and implementation of new or enhanced aero-engine repair capabilities.
The position reports to the Director and works under the guidance of the Senior Engineer.
The role coordinates tooling, materials, technical information, and compliance activities across multiple departments.
Technical Documentation and Qualification
- Draft, review, and maintain technical work instructions, routing sheets, and repair qualification documents.
- Support repair trials and validation activities and compile First Article Inspection Report packages.
Project Tracking and Coordination
- Monitor repair development projects and update trackers and dashboards.
- Coordinate meetings and liaise with internal departments on resources and approvals.
