Administer, support, and improve HR systems and workforce data, with a primary focus on ERP HCM platforms.
Ensure reliable, accurate, and secure employee data, effective reporting, controlled system changes, and integrations with other business applications.
Collaborate with HR process owners, IT, Finance, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into system solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Administer and support Oracle and/or SAP HR modules covering payroll, absence, performance, recruitment, learning, and employee self-service.
- Investigate and resolve user incidents with IT, vendors, and HR teams, maintaining detailed issue and resolution logs.
- Maintain workforce data accuracy through quality reviews, data definitions, validation rules, and governance standards.
- Develop standard and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Power BI, ERP, or other business intelligence tools.
- Participate in system enhancements, testing, and integration projects, including functional and user-acceptance testing.
- Document test results and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support system access controls and compliance with security, audit, and data privacy requirements.
- Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes, increase automation, and improve employee and manager experience.
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- At least five years of relevant experience in HR systems, data management, and reporting.
- Hands-on expertise with IFS, Oracle HCM, Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP HCM, and/or SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
- Strong functional knowledge of HR technologies, analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Customer-focused approach with effective collaboration across HR, IT, Finance, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive HR data.
- Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, HR analytics, business analysis, or Power BI are advantageous.
- Experience in regulated industries such as aviation or manufacturing is a plus.
