- We are seeking a passionate Technical Trainer to join our dynamic team at a leading automotive dealership and distributor in Doha, Qatar.
- In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high quality training programs that enhance the technical knowledge and skills of our staff.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of our automotive technicians, utilizing modern instructional techniques and tools to enhance learning outcomes.
- Conduct engaging training sessions, both in person and virtually, to ensure all participants are equipped with the latest technical knowledge and skills relevant to our automotive products.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve content and delivery methods for future sessions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and dealership management to identify skill gaps and training needs, ensuring that all training initiatives align with organizational goals.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the latest automotive technologies and industry trends, integrating this information into training materials to keep our team informed and competitive.
