- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements, including Lease Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Construction Agreements, Retail Agreements, Supply and Installation Agreements, Facility Management Agreements, NDAs, MOUs, LOIs, and others
- Develop and maintain templates and boilerplate documents to streamline contract drafting processes
- Collaborate with the direct manager to develop, implement, and monitor company policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance
- Monitor operational processes and conduct regular compliance assessments to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Provide legal advice on general corporate matters to enhance staff awareness of legal requirements
- Advise on compliance matters, assessing the impact of applicable laws and regulations on business operations
- Conduct legal risk assessments and due diligence for counterparties in various transactions
- Establish and maintain comprehensive legal and compliance databases, including contracts, policies, and reports
- Review and negotiate contract amendments, extensions, and renewals to protect the company’s interests
- Identify contractual risks and provide recommendations to mitigate potential liabilities
- Ensure contracts are consistent with company policies, regulatory requirements, and commercial objectives
- Track key contractual milestones, obligations, and deliverables to ensure timely performance by all parties
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree required
- Not less than 8 years of legal experience with strong knowledge of contract law and compliance
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
- Proficient in drafting legal documents and correspondence independently
- Excellent legal knowledge, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated expertise in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Strong communication, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
