Role Description
This is a temporary on-site role based in Jeddah for a Technical Support Manager.
The role involves leading technical support operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating closely with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
The Technical Support Manager will also manage customer inquiries, provide exemplary customer service, and implement support strategies to maintain operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure high-quality client interactions.
- Experience in leading teams and solving problems
- Experience in distributing tasks and reporting
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve issues effectively and maximize uptime.
- Experience in Customer Support to address inquiries and provide solutions promptly.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and interact with colleagues and clients.
- Familiarity with managing support operations in industries such as field services, logistics, or maintenance is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
