-User Research & Testing — interviews, usability tests, journey mapping
-Wireframing & Prototyping — Figma (plus any other platforms)
-Information Architecture — sitemaps, card sorting, tree testing
-Interaction Design — user flows, micro-interactions
-Empathy & User Advocacy — the heart of good UX
-Communication & Storytelling — presenting decisions with evidence
-Cross-functional Collaboration — working with dev's and PMs
Strong Pluses
-Visual Design (typography, color, layout)
-Design Systems & component libraries
-Data-informed thinking (analytics, A/B testing)
-Accessibility (WCAG standards)
Qualifications
- Expertise in Design Thinking methodologies and the ability to craft user-centered solutions
- Strong skills in User Research and the ability to gather and analyze user insights effectively
- Proficiency in Visual Design and creating aesthetically pleasing, functional designs
- Experience in User Experience (UX) design, including wireframing and developing seamless experiences
- Capability to create Prototypes that demonstrate design concepts and user flows
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Experience working in fields like construction, logistics, or maintenance is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
