Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist based in Jeddah.
The specialist will manage, monitor, and troubleshoot IT and network systems, ensure network security, and deliver effective technical support to users.
They will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, diagnosing system issues, and ensuring the effective operation of IT processes to support the company’s digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Information Technology and Network Administration
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Strong knowledge of describing technical issues
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to assist and support users effectively
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Proven ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced professional environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in field operations-focused industries is a plus
