- Coordinate directly with stakeholders and Health representatives.
- Monitor daily field operations and ensure smooth execution.
- Facilitate communication between operational and administrative teams.
- Prepare daily reports and provide operational updates.
- Support field teams and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and guidelines.
Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- IT background is a plus
- Ability to work in field environments under pressure.
- Good computer and communication tool skills.
- Previous Hajj season or operational project experience is preferred.
- Full availability during the project period.
