- We are looking for a highly motivated and operationally driven Product Manager to lead the development and growth of the Midani platform.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with development, UI/UX, operations, and clients to transform business and operational requirements into scalable digital products and features.
- The role includes:
- Managing the full product lifecycle
- Translating operational needs into product features
- Writing and analyzing business requirements
- Managing and prioritizing the product roadmap
- Coordinating with development teams
- Improving user experience and product usability
- Supporting the growth of scalable SaaS products
Key Responsibilities
- Help to manage the product roadmap
- Gather and analyze customer and market requirements
- Write product requirements and user stories
- Coordinate with development, QA, and UI/UX teams
- Improve product usability and customer experience
- Contribute to workflow automation and No-Code solutions
- Monitor KPIs and product performance
- Support integrations with ERP systems and BI platforms
- Participate in launching new modules and products
- Work with a large number of teams
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in technology product management
- Strong understanding of SaaS, web, and mobile platforms
- Strong business analysis and process mapping skills
- Good understanding of databases, APIs, and integrations
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Notion, or ClickUp
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
Preferred Experience
- ERP or Workflow Systems
- Field operations or inspection platforms
- Low-Code / No-Code platforms
- Power BI or analytics platforms
- Frappe, Odoo, Directus, or similar technologies
- Enterprise digital transformation projects
