Job Overview

  • Seeking a dedicated Customer Support Engineer specializing in Gas Turbines to join the team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for gas turbine systems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections on gas turbine equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to gas turbines.
  • Prepare detailed reports on service activities, including maintenance logs and incident documentation.
  • Train and educate clients on the operation and maintenance of gas turbine systems.
  • Assist in the development of service strategies and improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in gas turbine technology to provide informed recommendations.
  • Participate in on site troubleshooting and repairs as required, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Support sales teams by providing technical insights during customer meetings and demonstrations.

Preferred Candidate

  • Strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering with specialized knowledge in gas turbines.
  • Proven experience in customer support or technical service roles within the energy or engineering sectors.
  • Exceptional problem solving skills with ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members.
  • Customer oriented mindset with dedication to providing high quality service and support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with focus on detail and efficiency in service delivery.
  • Willingness to travel for on site support and training as needed.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
