- Coordinating packing and unpacking activities for periodic inspection operations, including preparing equipment and tools and obtaining entry permits and required approvals.
- Managing and organizing travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements, as well as scheduling for technical consultants and inspectors in coordination with site teams.
- Preparing, organizing, and following up on documents, reports, and correspondence related to inspection operations with clients.
- Providing support for general administrative and office tasks at the site.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and instructions, promoting safety awareness, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
