Solution Architecture & Technical Oversight

  • Support the definition and review of end to end solution architecture across banking channels, integration systems and orchestrated enterprise services.
  • Ensure alignment of technical solutions with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, scalability expectations, and integration frameworks.
  • Coordinate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, QA, cybersecurity, and vendor teams to ensure solution feasibility and implementation readiness.
  • Review technical dependencies, integration impacts, API orchestration flows, connectivity, and third party service interactions.
  • Support architecture discussions related to regulatory, compliance, authentication, payment, and digital onboarding initiatives.

Agile Delivery & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate and monitor delivery activities across multiple agile squads operating in parallel.
  • Track sprint progress, feature delivery timelines, blockers, risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand ups, delivery reviews, and retrospective discussions where required.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and development teams to ensure delivery alignment and prioritization.
  • Ensure transparent reporting and escalation of delivery risks, slippages, and cross team dependencies.

SDLC Governance & Delivery Tracking

  • Oversee and monitor SDLC activities from requirement analysis through development, SIT, UAT, release, and production deployment.
  • Ensure proper governance, documentation, change management, testing coordination, and release readiness activities are followed.
  • Monitor development pipelines, environment dependencies, defect trends, production support items, and release coordination activities.
  • Support implementation of delivery governance standards, reporting structures, and operational processes to improve delivery efficiency and visibility.

JIRA & Agile Tooling Management

  • Manage and oversee agile project tracking using JIRA and related Atlassian tools.
  • Maintain visibility over epics, user stories, sprint boards, backlog prioritization, release tracking, and dependency management.
  • Support dashboard creation, reporting automation, workflow optimization, and sprint governance practices.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of development progress, blockers, resource allocations, and delivery KPIs.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with large cross functional teams including development, QA, UX/UI, DevOps, vendors, middleware, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and delivery expectations.
  • Provide management reporting on project health, delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Support escalation management and coordination for critical delivery or production impacting issues.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong understanding of enterprise solution architecture principles.
  • Experience in mobile application development and web application development environments.
  • Experience with orchestrated service architectures, APIs, microservices, and integration platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, DevOps coordination, and testing lifecycles.
  • Familiarity with digital banking ecosystems and enterprise grade application delivery environments is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in Agile delivery methodologies, Scrum framework, and large scale agile coordination.
  • Proven experience managing delivery across multiple agile teams simultaneously.
  • Experience handling dependency management, sprint governance, release coordination, and delivery tracking.
  • Advanced hands on experience with JIRA and Atlassian suite.
  • Experience with agile reporting, dashboards, workflow management, and backlog governance.
  • Familiarity with Confluence and enterprise collaboration/documentation tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM), PMP or Agile Project Management Certification, TOGAF or Solution Architecture Certification, SAFe certification is an advantage.
  • Experience within banking, fintech, or large enterprise digital transformation programs is highly preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT delivery, solution architecture, agile project management, or enterprise application delivery.
  • Proven experience managing complex mobile and web application initiatives in enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate large cross functional teams and manage delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
