Role Overview
A contracting company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage and coordinate technical aspects of multiple construction projects from the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with all engineering disciplines across multiple projects.
- Review and submit material submittals for compliance with building codes, regulations, and green building requirements.
- Coordinate architectural and structural teams.
- Manage stakeholder communication about project updates and technical changes.
- Lead and manage the project technical team.
- Review shop drawings prepared in-house and by subcontractors.
- Coordinate engineering work between subcontractors and consultants.
- Review IFC drawings, submit RFIs, and maintain alignment with project documentation.
- Resolve technical issues, attend technical meetings, prepare reports, and follow the project technical plan.
Requirements
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager in an office-based construction role rather than an on-site role.
