Our client, a Dubai Government Entity, is looking for a Senior Investment & Business Development Specialist to support strategic investment, business development, and partnership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement investment and business development plans and initiatives.
- Conduct
market research, feasibility studies, and business analysis
to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare business plans and identify potential
revenue-generation and cost-saving opportunities
.
- Identify and develop relationships with
strategic and private-sector partners
.
- Support partnership negotiations and the development of new business opportunities.
- Monitor the financial and operational performance of assets and provide recommendations.
- Conduct research on investment, partnership, and industry trends.
- Identify business risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government, semi-government, and private entities.
- Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to support senior management decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
Investment, Business Administration, Project Management, Strategic Planning
, or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience
in Investment, Business Development, Strategy, Partnerships, or a related area.
- Strong experience in
market studies, feasibility studies, business planning, and opportunity assessment
.
- Proven experience in
strategic partnerships and stakeholder management
.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop recommendations and support high-impact strategic initiatives.
