Role Overview
Drive F&B retail expansion initiatives across Dubai.
Identify growth opportunities, secure prime retail locations, manage landlord relationships, and support expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new F&B retail expansion opportunities.
- Lead site selection, leasing negotiations, and partnership discussions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare business cases and support strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within F&B retail leasing and expansion.
- Strong knowledge of retail leasing, site acquisition, and market analysis.
- Proven experience negotiating with landlords and retail partners.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
