About the Role
Emirates Group IT seeks a Technical Product Owner for SkyCargo to lead product engineering teams, manage backlogs, and drive technology products from concept to operations. The role requires experience in product ownership, backlog management, and stakeholder collaboration within an airline or cargo domain.

Responsibilities
- Own the backlog for multiple product engineering teams, including features, functions, NFRs, BAU, technical debt, spikes, and ceremonies.
- Define story content, acceptance criteria, and sign off on stories across team backlogs.
- Ensure technical debt and non functional requirements are captured, refined, and prioritized.
- Prepare contribution to PI demo in conjunction with other Product Owners.
- Maintain quality and integrity of features within technical boundaries and identify risks and dependencies.
- Attend and contribute to key Product Management meetings, especially PI Planning.
- Define metrics to measure success and performance of prioritized work.
- Participate in establishing and growing a community of Product Owners.
Requirements
- Experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role managing product backlogs
- Experience in airline or cargo domain is preferred
- Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies
- Ability to define acceptance criteria and sign off on stories
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities
