- Lead the definition and governance of IT standards, guidelines, and practices
- Scout market and track technology advancements
- Execute Proof of Concepts to showcase business value
- Lead solution architecture development for new initiatives
- Drive architecture decisions and be accountable for implications
- Provide expert advice and lead solution design reviews
- Provide architecture and technology leadership to development teams
- Manage, direct, inspire, and coach Solutions Architect and Senior Engineering resources
- Own, manage, and maintain architecture roadmap and runways
- Act as product owner for technical enablers and modernization activities
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise integration architecture and API modernization
- Knowledge of modern technology stacks: ReactJS, NodeJS, Java Microservices
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, Cloud, and modern engineering practices
- Ability to lead architecture decisions and governance
- Experience with AI ready and API first integrations

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and governance of new corporate and portfolio IT standards, guidelines and practices
- Scout market and track technology advancements and new business innovations
- Showcase business value by executing Proof of Concepts
- Lead the solution architecture development for new initiatives, vendor solution acquisitions, and enhancement of existing systems
- Drive architecture decisions and be accountable for their implications
- Provide expert advice and lead solution design reviews to projects
- Provide architecture and technology leadership to development teams
- Manage, direct, inspire and coach the work and capability of Solutions Architect and Senior Engineering resources
- Own, manage and maintain the architecture roadmap and runways of complex/large projects
- Act as a product owner and be accountable for proactively identifying, prioritizing, and overseeing the development of technical enablers
