Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overarching architectural intent for discoveries, connecting solution architects, products, SMEs, and other stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
- Act as a key solution architect for large scale initiatives, connecting architects throughout development and implementation
- Drive holistic architectural intent across Agile Release Trains within the same portfolio and across portfolios
- Serve as escalation point for solution architecture issues, facilitating communication with internal and external teams
- Ensure developed solutions align with architectural intent and maintain high quality standards
- Support driving architectural enablers such as APIs and technical debt management within the portfolio
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to validate and certify architectural intent and ADRs
- Address, visualize and communicate complex architectural challenges across ARTs and portfolios
- Take accountability for all architectural intents and ADRs developed within the ART
- Act as product owner and technology leader for the systems team
- Define, maintain, and communicate the architecture runway for the ART
Requirements
- Deep experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, and IT strategy
- Experience with Agile Release Trains and large scale program delivery
- Strong knowledge of architectural decision records, APIs, and technical debt management
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and communicate complex architectural challenges
- Experience in defining and governing IT standards, technology roadmaps, and emerging technologies
