This is not a development role; it is a strategic product leadership position.
You will be a key member of the Digital Product Management team, serving as custodian of the digital front door and responsible for how guests discover, engage with, and book across all digital channels.
The ideal candidate will have started their career in web development or a closely related technical discipline before evolving into a product leadership function.
You understand how websites and apps are architected, how engineering teams work, and how to translate business ambitions into clear, deliverable product roadmaps — without needing to write the code yourself.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for global website and mobile app platforms, balancing near-term commercial priorities with longer-term platform modernisation goals
- Lead the delivery of large-scale digital initiatives including platform rebuilds, re-platforming projects and CMS migrations end to end
- Define and prioritise product features and enhancements across key customer journeys, including the booking experience and post-stay engagement
- Translate business requirements from marketing, brand, CRM, revenue management and property teams into well-scoped, clearly defined product briefs
- Maintain a deep understanding of platform architecture — including CMS, booking engines, APIs and third-party integrations — to make informed decisions and hold delivery partners accountable
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear alignment on scope, timelines and quality expectations
- Define and track platform success metrics across conversion, engagement, accessibility and performance, using data to drive continuous improvement
- Lead design reviews and product decision-making, ensuring all solutions meet user requirements and luxury brand standards
- Drive innovation in digital product design by monitoring emerging trends and best practices from luxury hospitality and adjacent sectors
- Develop and maintain product documentation including roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria and release plans
- Support vendor and partner selection processes, ensuring high-quality delivery from external agencies and technology providers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure digital products are effectively integrated with operational and commercial frameworks
- Knowledge, skills & experience:
- 5–8 years of overall experience, with at least 3–5 years in a product management role owning web and/or mobile platforms
- A career foundation in web development, front-end engineering or a closely related technical discipline is essential
- Proven experience delivering large-scale website rebuilds, platform re-platforming or CMS migrations (experience with headless CMS approaches is a strong advantage)
- Strong understanding of modern web architecture, API integrations, mobile app development lifecycles and digital platform ecosystems
- Experience working within luxury hospitality, luxury retail, or a digital agency serving clients in these sectors is highly desirable
- Demonstrable ability to translate complex technical concepts and business requirements into clear, actionable product plans
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage confidently across both technical and commercial audiences
- Familiarity with booking platforms, e-commerce journeys and personalisation technologies
- Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks; Scrum Master certification or equivalent is an advantage
- Commercially aware with the ability to balance product innovation against business impact and feasibility
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and decisions clearly to senior leadership
- Proficiency in product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Technology, Business or a related field preferred
