About the Role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with TPOs, peer groups, vendors, and IT stakeholders to deliver Program Increment Planning (PIs)
- Lead a team of TPOs through collaboration, delegation, and empowerment
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management teams to balance backlogs
- Participate in Sprint demos and assist in preparation of system demos
- Responsible for quality and integrity of data in Product Catalogue for specific products
- Develop and mentor TPOs, supporting their professional development
- Drive partnership with product vendors, ensuring timely feature/product upgrades
- Own data and information product roadmap and ensure compliance with Enterprise Data & Analytics guidelines
Requirements
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a relevant domain (e.g., Operations Research, Marketing, Science, Information Systems, e commerce)
- 8+ years of practical experience as a Technical Product Manager or Product Owner
- Well versed in tools for technical product aspects of software delivery
- Strong communication skills at peer, line, and stakeholder levels
- Demonstrated technical or domain expertise in specific domains or technical areas
- Good understanding of Data and KPIs used in airline and ground handling industry
- Analytical and insight driven capabilities with advanced analytical skills

Job Purpose
- Emirates Group IT seeks a Technical Product Manager Network Operations to support delivery of technology products and solutions.
In this role you will
- Collaborate with TPOs, peer groups, vendors, and other IT stakeholder groups to deliver ongoing and future Program Increment Planning (PIs).
- Lead a team of TPOs through collaboration, delegation, and empowerment.
