Responsibilities
- Be accountable for defining business scope, securing sign off, managing capacity, refining backlog, and coordinating stream level testing including UAT case approval
- Collaborate on technical requirements and lead feature sign off to ensure alignment with product goals
- Monitor system usage, performance indicators, user feedback, and operational outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support system enhancements through testing, documentation, and vendor coordination
- Lead change management and training initiatives for delivered features
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to business teams
- Work with global teams to identify opportunities for standardisation, efficiency improvements, automation, and innovation
- Support Program Manager in compiling program level reports, governance materials, and steering board content
Requirements
- Degree or Honours in relevant field including Commerce, Business or IT
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in airport operations, or ground handling, ideally with a major airline or aviation provider
- Strong understanding of Airline processes and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability at problem solving with good planning and organising skills
- Knowledge of Airport Safety and Security
- Effective interpersonal skills and demonstrate a passion for service excellence, results, change management

Job Purpose
- dnata is a global air and travel services provider. As Resource Management Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Resource Management across dnata's global businesses.
- You will act as the bridge between operational teams, technology providers, and business stakeholders.
In this role you will:

Qualification

You will have an edge, if you have:
- Exposure to Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or vendor management activities.
- Experience in Resource Management, workforce planning, rostering, scheduling, forecasting, resource allocation, or productivity improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting the implementation, enhancement, or adoption of operational or workforce management systems.
- Experience in designing and improving operational processes, planning methodologies, governance frameworks, Target Operating Models (TOMs), or process blueprints.
- Experience working across multiple locations, business units, or global operations.
- Knowledge of data analytics, automation, AI enabled solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong facilitation and change management skills, with a track record of driving stakeholder adoption and engagement.
