A leading real estate development company is seeking a highly qualified
*Technical Office Engineer*
to support project execution and ensure alignment with the highest quality standards.
The role involves close coordination between design, construction, and consultancy teams to ensure smooth project delivery and successful achievement of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review shop drawings and ensure alignment with approved designs.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Prepare quantity take-offs (BOQ) and review interim payment certificates.
- Monitor project progress and prepare periodic technical reports.
- Evaluate variation orders and assess their impact on project scope, cost, and timeline.
- Provide technical support to project management and resolve on-site issues.
- Review and approve materials and suppliers in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in

- Proven experience in

- 8 to 11 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of technical office functions and shop drawings.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
