Role Overview
Technical Office Engineer role focused on civil engineering activities for a site-based UAE EPC Oil & Gas project in Ruwais.
The role supports technical documentation, drawings, quantity take-offs, vendor reviews, and coordination with site-based teams.
Strong ADNOC project experience is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals.
- Perform quantity take-offs and assist with cost estimates and variation orders.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and clients to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure civil works comply with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and IFC drawings.
- Prepare method statements, material submittals, and technical documentation.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical inputs to the planning team.
- Maintain document control and ensure all revisions are updated.
- Assist with progress reports, RFIs, and technical correspondence.
- Support procurement through technical evaluations of materials and subcontractor submissions.
- Resolve design clashes and site coordination issues.
- Review project documents and prepare material take-offs.
- Coordinate technical office activities with site-based teams.
