Seeking a Senior Piping Designer (E3D) with extensive experience in FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Detailed Design phases of onshore oil and gas projects.
The role delivers accurate and efficient piping designs that comply with project specifications, codes, and client requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and review piping layouts, isometrics, and general arrangement drawings using AVEVA E3D.
- Develop piping designs across FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Detailed Design phases.
- Ensure designs meet international codes, project specifications, and HSE standards.
- Coordinate with process, mechanical, civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams.
- Provide guidance to junior designers and resolve complex piping and layout issues.
- Participate in 3D model reviews, HAZOPs, constructability reviews, and design reviews.
- Support Material Take-Offs and other engineering deliverables.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders on technical queries and design deliverables.
Key Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- At least 8 years of piping design experience in the engineering phase of onshore oil and gas projects.
- Strong expertise in AVEVA E3D is mandatory.
- Experience across FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Detailed Design projects.
- Knowledge of international codes and standards including ASME, API, and ANSI.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet tight schedules and deliver accurate work.
