Role Overview
Support commissioning database management and completion documentation activities.
Manage the ICAPS system, coordinate commissioning data and documentation, support OPERCOM implementation, and prepare final handover documentation.
Database Administration
- Manage and maintain the ICAPS master database within the contractor network and the company's read-only database.
- Initialize project structures, task types, test packs, and workflows from the project system breakdown.
- Develop and maintain the ICAPS Management Procedure and Data Initialization Files.
- Import and synchronize engineering data into the ICAPS database.
Commissioning Coordination
- Support the Commissioning Manager with assigned commissioning deliverables.
- Control database updates resulting from design changes and track commissioning procedures and documents.
- Provide ICAPS and OPERCOM methodology training to the project team in Dubai and Iraq.
- Act as the primary technical support for daily ICAPS operations.
Reporting and Documentation
- Conduct joint ICAPS database reviews with the company team.
